NAMI had the privilege to welcome and have a session with renowned Prof. Martin Dowling of University of St Andrews, Scotland on 27^th March, 2019.   He is a member of the CIPD's Chairs' Group of the Educational Quality Management Panel. He has held the positions of Chair and Vice Chair of the Mid Scotland Branch of the CIPD and is currently a member of the Branch Committee. In July 2012 he was presented with the "Award of Distinction" by the CIPD in recognition of his voluntary work for the Institute over many years. He has been a Visiting Professor at a number of overseas institutions and has wide experience as an external examiner and as a member of programme approval panels within the UK higher education system.
