Staff development is key to the productivity enhancement of staff in any organisation. As such, NAMI conducted a staff development programme on 7^th August, 2019. The session was conducted by Mr. Sunil Verma, a renowned master facilitator and executive coach with deep expertise in the area of leadership assessment through psychometric tools, leadership development and cross-cultural competence.

The programme was completely activity-based, in which each member of the staff participated quite enthusiastically, where they got to explore their own personality traits as well as their colleagues’. This enabled them to know their true strengths and weaknesses. The session also provided guidelines on how to deal with people of different personality traits effectively.

Each member of the staff thoroughly enjoyed the programme and felt that they learned many valuable skills in the session.
