THE SWAN

Our Mascot is a graceful and elegant swan, representing the spirit of NAMI. With its snow-white feathers and a regal, elongated neck, the swan embodies the values of purity, resilience, and transformation. The swan's serene eyes and warm, friendly expression make it approachable and endearing to the community.

The swan is surrounded by a beautiful, blooming lotus flower, inspired by the NAMI logo. The lotus flower has vibrant colors reflecting the logo, symbolizing growth, knowledge, and nurturing. The petals of the lotus gently cradle the swan, illustrating the supportive and interconnected nature of the NAMI community. The wings are slightly spread, symbolizing the readiness of NAMI students to soar towards new heights in their academic and personal journey. Each wing holds a symbolic meaning representing enlightenment, knowledge, purity of heart and mind, self-awareness and wisdom which are our core values at NAMI.

In Sanskrit the red Lotus also represents the heart “Hridaya” which symbolizes love, passion, kindness, and compassion. When a red lotus is in full bloom, it is believed to represent the big-heartedness of the human spirit and its generosity.

When our graduates step out into the real world, we want our NAMIANS to embody the spirit of our logo.
